{¶1} Plaintiff-appellant, James E. Skerlec, Jr. ("Skerlec"), appeals the trial court's granting the motion to stay pending arbitration filed by defendant-appellees, Ganley Chevrolet, Inc., and Ganley Chevrolet of Aurora, LLC (collectively referred to as "Ganley"). Finding some merit to the appeal, we affirm in part and reverse in part.
