{¶1} Defendant-appellant, Peter Primeau ("Primeau"), appeals his convictions for murder and felonious assault. Finding no merit to the appeal, we affirm.
{¶2} In March 2011, Primeau was indicted on two counts of murder. In December 2011, Primeau was re-indicted on two counts of murder and one count of felonious assault. A jury trial commenced in January 2012....
