On review of order certifying a conflict. The court determines that a conflict exists. The parties are to brief the issue stated at page 2 of the court of appeals' entry filed August 30, 2012:
"Whether landlord owes the statutory duties of R.C. 5321.04(A)(3) to a tenant's guest properly on the premises but on the common area stairs at the time of injury?"
