{¶1} Plaintiff-appellant, Glenn A. Smith, appeals the judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas. The trial court found that Smith filed his legal-malpractice claim after the statute of limitations had expired. As a result, the trial court granted summary judgment in favor of defendants-appellees.
