{¶1} Apollonia Hutson appeals from the decision of the trial court, granting Samuel J. Rufener's application for a civil stalking protection order. Hutson argues that the court erred in granting the order and erred when it conducted a portion of the proceedings without applying the rules of evidence. For the following reasons, we reverse the decision of the trial court and remand for proceedings...
