{¶1} Defendant-appellant Ronald Taylor, Jr. appeals his conviction and sentence entered by the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas, on one count of felonious assault, in violation of R.C. 2903.11(A)(2), a felony of the second degree; and one count of failure to stop after accident, in violation of R.C. 4549.02(A), a misdemeanor of the first degree, following a bench trial.
