{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant, Jeff Gaillard, appeals from a judgment of the Ottawa County Court of Common Pleas, following a bench trial, which found that he committed a substantial anticipatory breach of his contract with defendant-appellee, Gill Construction Co., and ordered him to pay $347.50 in damages. We reverse, and remand the cause to the trial court to provide separate findings...
