{¶ 1} This matter is before the Court on the Notice of Appeal of Nicklaus I. Robinson, filed April 27, 2012. Robinson appeals from the trial court's April 2, 2012 judgment entry of conviction and sentence to an aggregate term of 30 months for multiple offenses.
