{¶ 1} On June 6, 1979, Defendant Dean Michael Arnett was charged by indictment with two counts of aggravated murder, R.C. 2903.01(A). On September 21, 1979, the indictment was amended to charge two counts of murder, R.C. 2903.02(A).
