{¶1} Defendants-appellants, Carl P. Norman and the heirs of the Estate of Clem Norman1 (collectively "the Normans" or "lessors"), appeal the trial court's decision granting judgment in favor of plaintiff-appellee, Kappa HQ & CC, Inc. ("Kappa" or "lessee"). For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
