Walz was indicted on two counts of felonious assault, in violation of R.C. 2903.11(A)(1), both felonies of the first degree; one count of vandalism, in violation of R.C. 2909.05(B)(1)(a), a felony of the fifth degree; and one count of failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer, in violation of R.C. 2921.331(B) and (C)(5)...
