{¶1} Defendant-Appellant, Eric S. Clark, appeals the judgment of the Columbiana County Municipal Court convicting him of one count of speeding, fining him accordingly, and ordering him to pay for the costs of prosecution. On appeal, Clark argues that the trial court lacked the authority to order him to pay for the City's expert witnesses fees, which totaled $950.
