{¶1} Appellant Daniel Billiter ("Appellant") appeals the judgment of the Monroe County Court convicting and sentencing him for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol ("OMVI"). Appellant assigns as error: (1) the trial court's finding that Deputy Chappell had probable cause to arrest him; and (2) the trial court's finding that there was no violation of Appellant's Miranda rights.
