{¶ 1} Plaintiff-Appellant, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local Union No. 575, appeals a decision of the Fayette County Court of Common Pleas granting summary judgment in a prevailing wage case in favor of defendant-appellee, Settle-Muter Electric, Ltd. For the reasons stated below, we affirm the decision of the trial court.
