{¶ 1} Sherry l. Orth is appealing from the permanent revocation of her teaching license by the Ohio Department of Education ("ODE"). She assigns nine errors for our consideration:

FIRST ASSIGNMENT OF ERROR: THE TRIAL COURT ABUSED ITS DISCRETION IN FINDING THE ADMINISTRATIVE DECISION REGARDING APPELLANT'S ALLEGED FAILURE TO ADMINISTER FIRST AID WAS SUPPORTED BY RELIABLE, PROBATIVE, AND SUBSTANTIAL EVIDENCE.
