OPINION

DONOVAN, J.

{¶ 1} This matter is before the Court on the Notice of Appeal of Mohamed R. Ameen, filed February 15, 2012. Ameen and Zubeida S. Ishaq were divorced on January 17, 2010, and Ameen appeals from the final judgment and decree of divorce issued by the trial court. We hereby affirm the trial court's judgment.
