OPINION

HALL, J.

{¶ 1} Jamarkos T. Harding appeals from his conviction and sentence following a no-contest plea to one count of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor in violation of R.C. 2907.04.

{¶ 2} In his sole assignment of error, Harding contends the trial court erred in designating him a Tier I sex offender and imposing the corresponding statutory obligations.
