{¶1} Relator, Melissa Ballog, was terminated from her employment with the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority ("CMHA") on March 24, 2010. Ballog was a member of the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO ("AFSCME"), Local 1355.
