{¶1} Defendant-appellant Allen Tapscott appeals from the judgment of the Mahoning County Common Pleas Court which sentenced him after a jury found him guilty of aggravated burglary and two counts of aggravated robbery. He argues on appeal that he was prejudiced by the admission of testimony that the female victim was pregnant and that her pregnancy was high-risk.
