{¶1} Plaintiff-appellant, Thomas A. Geriak ("Geriak"), appeals from the trial court's judgment granting partial summary judgment in favor of defendant-appellee, Arnco, Inc. ("Arnco"), and denying Geriak's cross-motion for summary judgment.
