{¶1} Plaintiff-appellant Billie J. Levert-Hill ("Hill") appeals from the trial court's order that granted summary judgment and dismissed her complaint for breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, fraud, and detrimental reliance against defendants-appellees Associated Holding Group, L.L.C., d.b.a. Prudential Select Properties ("Prudential") and Jason Caccamo ("Caccamo").
