FROELICH, J.
{¶ 1} Cynthia E. Dalton was convicted of assault, a first degree misdemeanor, after a bench trial in the Miamisburg Municipal Court. The trial court sentenced her to 180 days in jail, which was suspended on the condition that she be placed on house arrest with work release. Dalton was barred from Laff's Bar and Grille (the location of the assault) for one year and was placed on one year of probation...
