FAIN, J.
{¶ 1} In these two appeals, defendant-appellant Bernard Shufford appeals from two judgments convicting him of Non-Support of Dependents, in violation of R.C. 2919.21(B), felonies of the fifth degree. He pled guilty in each case to one count. Each case involved a different dependent child.
