{¶1} Appellant Joseph P. Newman appeals the trial court's dismissal of his complaint and assigns the following errors for our review:

I. The trial court committed reversible error in granting defendant-appellee's motion to dismiss. II. The trial court committed reversible error in granting defendant-appellee's motion for attorney fees.
