{¶ 1} The State of Ohio appeals from a judgment of the Clark County Court of Common Pleas, which granted Robert S. Wilcox's motion to suppress evidence and dismissed the charges against him. Wilcox had been indicted for possession of crack cocaine and possession of heroin, in violation of R.C. 2925.11(A), after he was arrested for public indecency and was searched pursuant to his arrest.
