I. Introduction
{¶ 1} Defendant Juan Rios appeals from his conviction and sentence for the aggravated murders of Misael Nunez and Arnulfo Claudio. On appeal, Rios raises three assignments of error concerning the consumptive testing of DNA evidence and challenging the sufficiency and manifest weight of the evidence presented at trial.
