{¶ 1} This matter is before the Court on the Notice of Appeal of Wyticha Haynes, filed February 21, 2012. Haynes appeals from the January 23, 2012 decision of the trial court which sustained the motion for summary judgment of the Dayton Metropolitan Housing Authority ("DMHA").
