{¶1} On June 6, 2011, the Licking County Grand Jury indicted appellant, Shannon Williams, on one count of aggravated trafficking in drugs (Psilocybin/Psilocin mushrooms) in violation of R.C. 2925.03, one count of aggravated possession of drugs (Psilocybin/Psilocin mushrooms) in violation of R.C. 2925.11, two counts of possession of drugs (LSD and marijuana) in violation of R.C. 2925.11, and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia...
