RINGLAND, J.
{¶ 1} Appellant, the biological mother of T.K.K., appeals a decision of the Butler County Court of Common Pleas, Juvenile Division, granting permanent custody of the child to the Butler County Department of Job and Family Services. For the reasons we outline below, we affirm.
