{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Bobby J. Chaney appeals from his conviction and sentence, following a no-contest plea, for Theft, in violation of R.C. 2913.02(A)(1), a felony of the fifth degree. Chaney contends that the trial court erred by overruling his pre-sentence motion to withdraw his plea. We conclude that the trial court did not err.
