{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Forrest Gauthier, appeals from the decision of the Warren County Court of Common Pleas, Domestic Relations Division, refusing to impose a jail sentence on plaintiff-appellee, Su Kang Gauthier, for her alleged failure to purge herself of contempt of court by returning to Forrest certain items of his personal property as required by a previous order of the trial court.
