{¶1} Brian J. Luecke appeals from his sentence in the Portage County Court of Common Pleas, which was handed down in connection with two separate criminal cases. Mr. Luecke pleaded guilty to one count of Felonious Assault in Case No. 2010 CR 0235. In Case No. 2011 CR 0217, he pleaded guilty to three counts of Rape and two counts of Importuning.
