{¶1} Defendant-appellant James Parks appeals the decision of the Carroll County Common Pleas Court denying his motion to vacate a void judgment. He argues that a new statute dealing with police procedures in administering photographic line-ups shows that the line-up used in his case was faulty and that this would void his conviction.
