{¶1} Plaintiff-appellant 7 Medical Systems, LLC appeals the decision of the Jefferson County Common Pleas Court entering summary judgment for defendant-appellee Open MRI of Steubenville. 7 Medical asserts that the trial court erred in granting summary judgment because the contract was ambiguous.
