{¶1} Plaintiff-Appellant, Jerry Stefka, appeals the September 9, 2010 judgment entry convicting him of 14 counts of rape, 4 of which included a specification that the victim was under 10 years old; 13 counts of gross sexual imposition, and sentencing him accordingly. Stefka contends that the lack of specificity in the indictment violated his constitutional rights and that his convictions with regard to one of the victims...
