{¶ 1} The issue presented in this appeal is whether the filing of a pretrial motion to suppress by a co-defendant automatically tolls the time within which a defendant must be brought to trial. We hold that it does not. Accordingly, we reverse the court of appeals' judgment. And for the reasons explained herein, we remand this case to the court of appeals to determine whether the setting of the trial date beyond the statutory...
