{¶1} Dwayne Allen Muncy appeals from judgments of the Ashtabula County Court of Common Pleas which convicted him of robbery and theft after a jury trial and sentenced him to two years in prison for these offenses. The convictions stemmed from a shoplifting incident in a Kmart store.
