{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant Jocelyn Michelle Smith appeals from a decision of the Clark County Court of Common Pleas sustaining the motion for summary judgment of defendant-appellees Clark County Sheriff's Office and Sheriff Gene Kelly. The trial court's decision was issued on September 16, 2011. Smith filed a timely notice of appeal with this Court on October 14, 2011.
