{¶ 1} Charles Perkins challenges a municipal court's denial of his motion to suppress evidence obtained as a result of a traffic stop. Perkins contends that insufficient credible evidence exists to support the court's determination that the police officer had reasonable and articulable suspicion to stop him. We disagree.
