{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Christopher Baker, appeals from his conviction and sentence for Aggravated Vehicular Assault following a plea of guilty. Baker contends that trial counsel was ineffective for failing to file a motion to suppress evidence. He further contends that the trial court erred by sentencing him to the maximum prison term of five years.
