{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Jeffrey Bowshier appeals from a judgment of criminal forfeiture, following a jury trial, of $21,196 in U.S. currency and a 2001 Chevrolet pickup truck. He contends that the judgment is not supported by the evidence, and that the judgment is against the manifest weight of the evidence.
