GRADY, P.J.:
{¶ 1} Defendant punched Jamie Wilson, his live-in girlfriend, with whom he has two children, in the head and then slammed her head and arm into a gas meter, causing her physical harm. Defendant was indicted on one count of domestic violence, R.C. 2919.25(A), which is a felony of the fourth degree because Defendant has a previous conviction for domestic violence, and one count of felonious assault...
