{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant, Robert Hendricks, appeals a decision of the Butler County Court of Common Pleas awarding costs to defendant-appellee, Evertz Technology Service USA, Inc. For the reasons that follow, we reverse the decision of the trial court.1
