OPINION

CYNTHIA WESTCOTT RICE, J.

{¶1} Appellant, Michael D. Freeman, appeals from the judgment of conviction entered by the Trumbull County Court of Common Pleas, after trial by jury, on one count of aggravated robbery. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.

{¶2} Appellant was indicted on one count of aggravated robbery, a first-degree felony, in violation of R.C. 2911.01(A)(1)(3). A jury trial followed.
