{¶ 1} Respondent, Robert J. Berk of Cleveland, Ohio, Attorney Registration No. 0001031, was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 1969. In August 2007, we suspended Berk's license to practice law for one year, but we stayed the entire suspension on conditions, including a requirement that Berk serve two years of monitored probation.
