{¶ 1} On January 23, 2011, appellant Donald Morrison was arrested and charged with obstructing official business, resisting arrest, and speeding after a traffic stop. His brother Grant Morrison was in the front passenger seat. Donald Morrison and Grant Morrison were both charged out of this incident.1 He entered pleas of not guilty.
