{¶ 1} This matter is before the Court on the Notice of Appeal of Crystal Kaneshia Latham, filed May 12, 2011. On December 29, 2010, Latham was indicted on one count of theft (beyond the scope of consent) of property having a value of $500.00 or more, in violation of R.C. 2913.02(A)(2), a felony of the fifth degree.
