{¶1} In 2009, a jury found defendant-appellant Tony Quinones guilty of two counts of rape and two counts of sexual battery. The court imposed three-year sentences on the rape counts and ran them concurrently; it imposed two-year sentences on the sexual battery counts and ran them concurrently, but consecutive to the rape count for a total term of five years.
