{¶1} On September 21, 2010 appellee, the Tuscarawas County Department of Job and Family Services, filed a complaint for temporary custody of J. F. born August 9, 2010, alleging the child to be dependent. Mother is appellant, Ann Gibson-Miller; father is Michael Fouts.
