DONOVAN, J.

{¶ 1} This matter is before the Court on the Notice of Appeal of Andre M. Piersoll, filed April 20, 2011. On February 7, 2011, Piersoll was indicted on one count of robbery, in violation of R.C. 2911.02(A)(2), a felony of the second degree. Piersoll was found guilty by a jury on April 8, 2011, and the trial court sentenced him to five years in prison.
